Using the Login Name Formula
The Login Name Formula is specified when transferring employees and vendors to Web TimeSheet as new
users. The formula defines how the Login Name of the user is created in Web TimeSheet. You can create
a login name using any combination of the first and last name tags shown below.

The tags are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as listed below.
