Using the Project/Task to Job/Sub Job Structural Relationship to Transfer Data 59 Transferring Job/Sub Job Data to Web TimeSheet You can transfer QuickBooks jobs and sub jobs to Web TimeSheet, where they will be stored as projects and tasks. Transferring Job/Sub Job Information To transfer jobs and sub jobs from QuickBooks to Web TimeSheet: 1.    Select the General tab and select the direction of data transfer, QuickBooks > Web TimeSheet. 2.    Enable the Jobs/Items check box. 3.    Select QuickBooks Job/Sub Job --> Web TimeSheet Project/Task from the Structural Relation- ship drop down menu. 4.    If you have made changes in either QuickBooks or Web TimeSheet since launching the Integration Manager, click the Reset button to ensure the data being transferred is the most current. 5.    Select the customers to use and their status to filter the jobs and sub jobs, and click Apply Filters. 6.    The filtered jobs and sub jobs that are available for transfer will be displayed in the From Quick- Books Jobs/Sub Jobs list box. 7.    Select the jobs and sub jobs you wish to transfer to Web TimeSheet and select the >> button to move them to the To Web TimeSheet Projects/Tasks list box. 8.    Select the Field Mapping tab and create the field mappings you wish to use. 9.    Select the Transfer button.
