Troubleshooting issues encountered during installation
Any errors that occur during installation are logged in a Web TimeSheet Install.log file located at:
...\Local Settings\Application Data\Replicon Inc
This is a hidden folder, so you will have to enable the Show hidden files and folders option in your
operating system at Tools > Folder Options... > View to see it.
You can use information logged in this file, with or without assistance from Replicon Support, to iden-
tify and resolve any installation issues.
